Completed images will be delivered through your account dashboard and are available for download. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial delivery and must be reasonable in scope.
Revisions are limited to modifications of the original project scope. Requests that constitute new projects or significant changes to the original specifications may incur additional charges.
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the staged images for real estate marketing purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the images for purposes other than marketing the specific property depicted.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and website unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
